- Once our real estate professional receives offers, we will screen the prospects and review their ability to afford the property and confirm they have a good rental track record.
- A custom lease will be prepared for your property.
#5. Tenant Move-In Process
- During this phase, we document the condition of the property with a detailed inspection and ensure the tenant understands their responsibility with regard to payment and property upkeep.
#6. Property Oversight
