Screening Requirements

Credit Score:

Individual applicants must have a credit score of 600 or above.
Applicant groups must have an average credit score of 600 or above.

NTN Score:

Applicants must have a NTN score of 80 or above. Applicant groups must have a NTN score of 80 or above. For a NTN score of 70 — 79, a cosigner will be requested.

Monthly Income:

Applicant(s) will be required to show 3 times the monthly rent as gross income. For example: If a rent is $2,000 a month, the applicant(s) must show $6,000 a month as gross (pre-taxed) income.

Rental History:

Applicants must have no previous evictions or tenant/landlord filings on their credit report.

Financial History:

Applicants must have no bankruptcies on their credit report within the past two years.

Criminal Background History:

Applicants must successfully pass a criminal background check.
