As Vice President and COO, Justin oversees SureWay’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that company goals are executed efficiently and aligned with the CEO’s strategic vision. With more than a decade of property management experience, Justin has held leadership roles with Another Option Realty, Long & Foster Property Management, and Weichert Property Management before joining SureWay in 2019. He is a licensed New Jersey Realtor with extensive knowledge of operations, compliance, and process management. Justin enjoys working alongside the SureWay team to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer service and strengthen client relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his son’s little league teams, playing golf, and cheering on Philadelphia sports.

Devon leads SureWay PA and oversees business development and marketing, including sales, client relations, team management, market analysis, and website strategy. Licensed in real estate since 2006, she began working in property management in 2014 and opened SureWay’s Pennsylvania office in 2017. With strong skills in networking, communication, and relationship management, Devon has built a reputation for fostering client trust and expanding SureWay’s presence in the market. His team manages onboarding, maintenance, rent collection, evictions, invoicing, registrations, and compliance. He began his property management career in 2012, managing large apartment portfolios in South Jersey and Philadelphia before joining SureWay in 2021. So far, he has managed more than 3,000 properties in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, developing expertise in landlord-tenant issues, construction projects, and compliance with regional laws. Mike values SureWay’s collaborative culture and dedication to doing what is right, not what is easy. Outside of work, he enjoys home renovation projects, concerts, camping, caring for his houseplants, and spending time with his husband. He is also the proud pet parent of a 23-year-old tarantula named Billy.

Lisa serves as Director of Accounting and Human Resources at SureWay, where she oversees financial operations and supports the company’s growing team. She joined SureWay in February 2024, bringing with her extensive experience managing small businesses and a strong background in accounting and HR. Lisa’s professional strengths include financial oversight, organizational leadership, and people-focused management, allowing her to balance accuracy with care in both numbers and team dynamics. As Director of Real Estate Services, Seth oversees SureWay’s real estate transactions while assisting and training the team of Real Estate Professionals to provide exceptional service and maintain full compliance. He began his career with SureWay in 2023 after a 19-year career as a high school educator, bringing a unique perspective and leadership background to the industry. Seth is a licensed NJ Real Estate Agent and holds a B.S. in Mathematics, along with dual M.Ed. degrees in School Leadership and School Counseling. He is recognized for his organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to team support and customer service. Ken works with new clients to evaluate their property management needs and connect them with SureWay’s services, focusing on central New Jersey markets including Mercer, Somerset, Ocean, and Middlesex counties. With prior experience as Regional Property Manager for Long & Foster, he was responsible for overseeing more than 600 homes across New Jersey and Delaware. Ken also brings the perspective of being an investment property owner himself. A licensed New Jersey Realtor, he has completed additional coursework in leases, tenant law, and property repairs. Ken values SureWay’s customer-first culture and the strength of its experienced team, which ensures clients receive knowledgeable support in every aspect of property management.

Branden has been with SureWay since 2019 and brings over a decade of property management experience, beginning his career in 2015. He oversees vacant properties within Sureway’s portfolio by managing field inspectors, coordinating turnover maintenance, ensuring timely client updates, and reviewing security deposit charges. With a background in accounting and a New Jersey real estate license, Branden combines financial insight with hands-on expertise to keep properties looking their best while balancing owner costs. Known for his commitment to customer service, Branden takes pride in building positive experiences for both owners and tenants. Tausha oversees new property implementation, lease execution, and property closeouts at SureWay. She began her career in 2009 in vacation rental management before transitioning into residential property management in 2011, working with companies including Real Property Management Pros, Berkshire Hathaway, and Weichert before joining SureWay in 2021. Over the years, she has gained experience across nearly every function of property management, from maintenance and leasing to business development. Licensed in VA, NC, and NJ, Tausha is also a notary and active in professional real estate associations such as NARPM and NAR. She enjoys the supportive SureWay team environment and the dynamic nature of property management. Outside of work, she loves traveling, live music, and spending time with her family and dogs.
